Multiple SNEED-JET Freedom Coding Printers Across Production Lines
Contrary to popular belief, all of the information that you have to add onto your packaging does not have to be printed all at once. If you took a look at Hanan Products’ video, you would have noticed that there are three distinct points where information was added. The first print was produced directly onto a carton, before the product was put into its respective box, while the second and third mark were added onto the final package itself. The SNEED-JET Freedom 22 printer is a dual-headed case coder that helps production lines, like that of Victoria Bay Germicidal Bleach, print multiple sets of information, on different sides of packaging at once. In the video, you’ll notice that items like the logo, size amounts, barcodes, contents, etc., are all being printed simultaneously, on both sides of the package.

As the blank box moves through the production line, the flaps are folded, taped, and information is printed directly onto both sides. Again, thanks to four SNEED-JET Freedom 21 coders and their ingenious bump and turn system, all four sides of the box were printed with the needed information.
Maybe you’ve never stopped and thought about just how crucial an uninterrupted production line is, but this video is a prime example of what one should look and function like. The conveyor ran smoothly; there were no issues with the bump and turn system, and most importantly the printers’ produced information without delays or smears.
