EBS Handjets open new doors for our company
It was after the initial success of the Meenjet handheld printers that I started to realize we needed to add larger printers to our catalog. Despite the tremendous growth early on with the HP powered handheld coders, we were limited by the technology's half inch print height. We frequently received inquiries from folks needing to print one or two inch characters.
With this in mind, we approached Chris Brown, Managing Director at EBS Ink-Jet USA, at Pack Expo Chicago in 2018 about becoming a distribution partner for their Handjet line of printers. Following a fruitful discussion at the show, we finalized the partnership and added the EBS Handjet printers to our catalog in early 2019.
The Handjet printers from EBS have only been in our catalog for a few months, but we have already experienced significant growth from this product line. If a customer is looking to print large characters ranging from 1-2 inches in height, the EBS Handjets are one of the premier options available on the market today.
The Handjet EBS-250 features a 16 valve, one-inch print head for marking any surface, including plastics, metals and glass. It can store 10-40 messages on its internal memory and it is programmable via Bluetooth or WiFi connectivity with a local PC.
The Handjet EBS-260 features a 32 valve, two-inch print head for marking any surface, including plastics, metals and glass. It has a color touch screen for programming and can also be programmed remotely via Bluetooth or WiFi connection with a local PC.
