We're back in Texas for a few weeks after an exciting second stop of our "We're Coding Everywhere" trade show tour. Last week, we were blessed with the best weather sunny Southern California has to offer while exhibiting at WestPack inside the Anaheim Convention Center.
The #KeepCodingSimple booth was mostly manned by Santos and Daniel while I meandered around the show observing all the great exhibits on display. Santos and Daniel visited with many new faces across a wide swath of industries to discuss various coding and marking challenges being faced. They had great conversations about the solutions we have to offer and our mission to simplify challenging coding and marking applications.
WestPack this year was one of the best run trade shows I have personally attended in a long time. It is a combined show hosted by Informa Markets Engineering - combining it with four other related automation and processing focused shows for one ultimate trade show experience. This brings together a larger audience of attendees to benefit the exhibitors - and vice versa, attendees are able to visit four shows in one, maximizing their time and energies.
Highlights from the show included the Pack Place stage - which we were fortunate to be located within ear shot of - featuring great presentations over the 3 day trade show including one day focused exclusively on cannabis packaging and the future of the cannabis industry across the US. Informa also did a great job hosting the event with fun filled networking events - including a Happy Hour with one of the best classic rock cover bands I've ever seen. We had a blast enjoying great music and continuing to make new connections.
We have more stops coming on the "We're Coding Everywhere" trade show tour this year, including the Food Northwest show in Portland the first week of April and the BrewExpo in Nashville the first week of May. Additionally, we will be at more Informa Markets shows including EastPack and MinnPack to round out the year!
