Our mission to #KeepCodingSimple isn't a one coder, one woman, or one man job, it takes a team to get the job done right; today, we want to highlight an essential member of the team. The member we’re focusing on made every day of his first year count, which is why it’s no surprise that he took home rookie of the year. Anthony DiMarino, our Technical Services Specialist, has gone above and beyond to help our customers fix any issue that they might have come across while using their SNEED-JET ® thermal-inkjet coders. There’s no need to dread having to add new equipment to your coding and marking process because Anthony and other tech members are here to guide you every step of the way.
While Anthony might have won Rookie of the Year while in technical services, he actually got his start in the shipping department. Isn’t it funny, it seems that most of the greats at Sneed got their start in Megan’s shipping department; it must be that boot camp she puts them through, there’s no other explanation for it. Anyways, Anthony was originally referred to the company by a friend and as you can tell he ended up getting the job; after working in shipping for six or seven months, the journey into tech began.
Haven’t you ever wondered what technical services looks like behind the scenes? Well, it’s a lot more than just helping out Sneed customers work their way through setting up their equipment or configuring settings; according to Anthony,
It’s amazing to see how much an individual can learn over the course of a year, so what does Anthony have planned for this upcoming year? Well according to him, learning how to code is next on his list, so you know what that means, it seems like Daniel might have some competition in the future.
With Anthony winning Rookie of the Year, we’re sure that the tech team, better known as the funky bunch around the office, had a lot to say. So, starting off with
Again, we wouldn’t be able to #KeepCodingSimple without each and everyone of our teammates at Sneed Coding Solutions, but now you see why Anthony won Rookie of the Year. Two team members down and a handful more to go; who will be the next employee of the month?
