Are Our Case Erectors Automatic or Semi-Automatic?
Our new line of case erectors are all automatic, which means that the amount of manual labor required is little to none at all. In fact, the only time that an operator really needs to interact with the machine is whenever flat boxes need to be loaded, tape rolls need replacing, or new blades are required. Our case erectors handle the most tedious parts, which would be opening, folding and sealing the bottom of these boxes.

- Has an automatic alarm that lets operators know when the tape is broken or needs to be replaced.
- SNEED-PACK CE-40HS Automatic Carton Forming Bottom Sealer
- Can produce up to 18 cartons per minute
- Handles box dimensions of (9.8-17.72in Length) x (5.9-15.75in Width) x (3.9-15.75in Height)
- In 3 seconds the erector can suction the box, form it, fold the bottom, and seal it completely.
- The carton storage area can hold between 80-100 flattened boxes
- SNEED-PACK CE-50 Automatic Carton Erector
- Can produce 10 cartons per minute
- Handles box dimensions of (12.6-25.6in Length) x (7.87-19.7in Width) x (5.9-19.7in Height)
- You can choose between 2 inch and 3 inch tape
- With the machine’s length measuring less than 8 feet, it occupies a fraction of the space that the average erector in the market takes up, almost 12 feet!!
