[DYAD was formed in early 2020](https://dyadenterprise.com/) as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic that was sweeping the US. During the pandemic, DYAD has increased its capabilities beyond COVID-19 products to provide a full solution offering in customized kitting and fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, and logistics including mailing, labeling, and shipping. DYAD Enterprise has over 40 years of combined experience dedicated to a successful customer experience. 

DYAD helps customers create kits that add value to their product lines and business without taking on the in-house responsibility. With over 200,000 sq feet of warehousing and distribution in all 50 states, their secure and systemized warehousing and distribution allows for peace -of -mind for their customers.

### *In Search of Simplicity*

Partners [Dan Gerrity](https://www.linkedin.com/in/dan-gerrity-13bbb21b0/), David Brumbaugh and Mark Bartosh, in an effort to continue adding value for their customers, wanted to incorporate lot coding with their kitting services. Lot coding would strengthen the order fulfillment services they provide customers as an added element of quality assurance. 

They discovered the SNEED-JET printers and spoke with our team about their production equipment and installation requirements. They submitted videos of their production equipment for us to review allowing us to quickly identify similar customer installation videos to share with them. 

The [SNEED-JET Titan printer](https://sneedcoding.com/products/sneed-jet-titan-printer) was best suited for their automated production lines with an encoder wheel added to measure print speed and adjust for intermittent pauses in production. DYAD purchased two SNEED-JET Titan printers for their production lines which the production team was able to set up and install the in just over one hour. The inkjet coders are used to print lot codes on 10-20,000 custom kits daily. The production team reports that it performs as promised - easy to update and change lot codes as needed for product changeovers. 

Overall, the SNEED-JET inkjet coders have proven a valuable and reliable asset on the production line delivering quality assurance traceability to DYAD customers without burdening or slowing down their production efficiency:
