Darrell Suriff, owner of American Vapor Company in Austin, was one of Bryan's first customers when he started the business in early 2018 and he's been one of our most valued partners ever since. He initially reached out to us when the continuous inkjet printer that came with his new package filling equipment failed on delivery. They were unable to get the printer set up to print consistently without constant down time for reconfiguration. In fact, one day it started randomly spraying ink all over their production floor.

These are my favorite stories to share - I couldn't be prouder of how our team came together to help this customer.

We initially started working with Panola Pepper - a family owned hot sauce manufacturer based in Providence, Louisiana - earlier this summer as they were interested in our SNEED-JET® Titan T6 Handheld printer for date coding their retail cases. Upon speaking with our experts, they decided to order an initial unit with our 30 day performance guarantee. Unfortunately, this first purchase did not work out for their process as it was a struggle to ensure a consistent print location when manually sliding the printer across the package.

The 3 key elements for a successful TIJ installation

We offer and ship our thermal inkjet (TIJ) coding printers all over the country and in some instances around the globe, yet we don't have a single field service technician. "How is this possible?", you ask! Well, the Hewlett-Packard® driven thermal inkjet engine is maintenance free and simple to use. We call it a self-installation technology. That being said, there are three key elements to a successful install, which I'll cover here with three simple terms and definitions.

This year's Pack Expo held in Las Vegas was the company's first major marketing exhibition and initial results and reactions indicate it was a tremendous success. The team had a strong presence at the show with Bryan, Charles, Ken, Tom, Megan and myself on hand to answer questions and assist prospective customers with hands on demonstrations of our entire inkjet printer coding line (including Meenjet printers, Handjet EBS printers and REINER jetStamp printers).
